Free yoga at Willows Beach on Tuesday. The session runs from 6 to 7 p.m. All levels are welcome. Bring a mat and water; no registration is needed.

The fall Active Living Guide arrives Wednesday. It’ll be available online and at Oak Bay’s three recreation centres. Registration opens Wednesday, Aug. 12 at 6:30 a.m.

Capital City Syncopators play Willows Beach on Thursday. The free show runs from 6 to 7:30 p.m., with Balkan and Romani trio Novo Drom opening.

Bowker Creek Brush-Up returns Aug. 9. More than 40 artists will set up along the creek between Hampshire Street and Armstrong Avenue from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Admission is free.
