Good morning, Oak Bay. Two elections. Seven days apart. Oak Bay votes for mayor and council on October 17. One week later, B.C. votes again. That second race got a jolt this week when Andrew Weaver stood in Windsor Park and asked for his old seat back. He is running for CentreBC with "zero dollars in the bank" and no signs.
